Free Zone Business Park Developers (FZBP) is a company specialized in the development and management of free zones and business parks, and has a significant experience in the development of properties and high value construction such as:

Global Park developed 35 hectares (85 acres) and has been in operation since the year 2000. The park has been such a successful project that today host more than 9,000 employees and companies like: Hospira, Allergan, Boston Scientific, Arthrocare, Hologic, De Royal, Veridiam Medical, Weststar Medical, Penn United, Microtechnologies, PPC Industries, Align Technology, Baxter Americas, IBM, ICT Group, Sykes and Scotiabank.  FZBP currently manages the property.

Zona Franca del Este is a new project located in the nearby downtown San Jose, Costa Rica´s capital city, and distinguished as a modern and innovative Free Zone and Business Park, oriented exclusively to service-providing companies specialized in areas such as Customer Management (CM) and Business Process Operations (BPO). Some of the current customers are : Teletech, Tech Data and Countrywide Financial. FZBP and GBK are currently partners in the development and management of the property.

Following the success of Global I and due to new customer requests, GlobalPark decided to expand its current Park in a II Phase oriented to value added service-providing companies. This project is under master planning and infrastructure construction. FZBP is currently developing the property.
