Driving Range

A golf practice driving range located in the south-west part of the property will be at tenant’s disposal, and is part of the landscaping concept of the project.

Heliport

Located in the common area of the project, a landing area for helicopter is available for tenants of the park and for emergency purposes.

Medical Clinic

Medical services will be provided to tenants of the park. A medical clinic will be build and scope of medical services will be negotiated with each tenant.

Recreational Facilities

Special activities other than individual enjoyment of the park common areas will be arranged with the management.

Postal Office

A postal office will be built for the use of the tenants of the park, in the commercial area located in the front of the park.

Banking Services

The park will promote the establishment of one or several banks branches once the demands justifies it.

Business Hotel

A small business hotel will be built close to the site in the future for the use of the companies in the park as well as general public.

Shopping Area and Food Court

A shopping area will be built close to the site for retail and food chain services. The shopping center will have open access to tenants and general public.
